Wednesday, February 21st, 2007

Sig2feed’s primary goal is to provide a simple administration interface to allow the addition of a custom tagline, signature or © copyright message to the wordpress generated RSS feeds. You can add any kind of message, tag, or even images — as long as it can be displayed in an RSS feed, it’s up to you.

feedList Plugin

Wednesday, February 21st, 2007

One major change other than the support for ATOM feeds is that you no longer need a cache directory. WordPress, with its built in MAGPIE support, stores the cache internally so you don’t need to manage it anymore. WordPress stores the cache in the Database.

Feedburner

Wednesday, February 21st, 2007

This plugin redirects the main feed and optionally the comments feed to Feedburner.com. It does this without the need to modify templates, setup new hidden feeds, modify .htaccess files, or asking users to migrate to a new feed. All existing feeds simply become Feedburner feeds seamlessly and transparently for all users. Just tell the plugin what your Feedburner feed URL is and you’re done.

What is exactly ESF? The acronym stands for Epistula Syndication Format, and it is the brainchild of Aquarion. You can read all the specs over at his site, but essentially ESF is a feed in plain text. That’s all. And it is exactly because of that simplicity that we were attracted enough to it as to write this plugin.
